It’s safe to say that we are a pizza-loving household. And while M. is a vegetarian, my veganism makes things difficult when it comes to pizza… you can’t just go to the store and get a vegan pizza, nor is it easy to order one. Even so, the place with the best vegan pizza in town, Sfizy, would take all our money if we ate there often.
The solution? We make our own. We use the same recipe for dough every time, and the ingredients tend to vary based on what we are craving or what is in the fridge. That said, here is a selection of some of the pizzas we have made over the past nine months.
Mashed potatoes, onions, garlic, tofu chèvre.
